Incoming WHS Falcons: Current Timbercrest Middle School 8th Graders (Class of 2027 students in the Woodinville pathway)
- Course registration materials and information will be provided to TMS 8th-grade students in the WHS pathway during their Science Class on Wednesday, February 15.
- Course registration must be completed in StudentVUE by Thursday, March 9.
- Students must also submit the Paper Freshman Registration Worksheet signed by their parent/guardian indicating they have reviewed their student's course requests to their Science Class by Thursday, March 9.
- The 2023-24 Course Catalog will be posted online Friday, February 10.
- Please note the master schedule of courses developed for the 2023-24 school year, along with corresponding staffing decisions, will be based on the course requests students make at this time; therefore, students are encouraged to process their choices and weigh all the options carefully before making final selections.
An optional Class of 2027 Parent/Student Registration Information Night will be held at the WHS Theater on Thursday, March 2, 6:30-8:30 p.m. for WHS Timbercrest Middle School parents/guardians to view the course registration information presented to students at their school Wednesday, February 15. As mentioned, this presentation is optional, as the instructional video will be available on the WHS website homepage for your convenience starting Monday, February 13. Masks are optional at this event.
Optional Pre-Sessions will also be held Thursday, March 2, 6:00 p.m. as follows:
- HiCap: Main Gym
- LC Special Education: Room 224
- ML/FSA Special Education teachers will communicate directly with incoming ML/FSA freshmen.
- Multilingual (ML): Library (an interpreter will be available)
What if I can’t make it to the optional Class of 2027 Parent/Student Registration Information Night?
- We understand our parents and students have many commitments and while we would like to personally welcome you to our Falcon Family on Thursday, March 2, we realize that might not be possible. Have no worries! As mentioned, this presentation is optional, as the instructional video presented to students will be available on the WHS website for your convenience starting Monday, February 13.

- Individual questions can be emailed to whsfreshmanregistration@nsd.org
- WHS counselors will be at the middle school campus to answer any questions your student may have to complete their StudentVUE registrations Thursday, March 9 and will follow up again on Friday, March 11.
- For parent/guardian’s additional convenience, in-person and drop-in Zoom sessions for registration questions will be held during the below times:
