I am proud to be part of the Timbercrest learning community. I have been an educator for 39 years, and currently teach English/Language Arts to both 6th & 8th grades. It is a pleasure to work with the wonderful students and families of Timbercrest!
I graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in psychology and a K-8 teaching credential. Post-graduate work included in-depth studies of reading and writing, art, technology, and gifted education.
When I find spare time, I enjoy dabbling in photography and vegan cooking, reading and writing poetry, and spending time with family and friends. I am married to a local artist, who is something of a fixture in Duvall. Our son is a senior development manager at a video game company in California. Three rambunctious cats share our home and keep us amused.
